4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the chage88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts using the same identity documents, the same mobile number, the same email address, the same payment method, or the same device is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any Balance therein may be forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identification document, a valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if it changes.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. chage88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify chage88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Verification Documents. chage88 may require you to submit a copy of your Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or other government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and current.
5.1 Deposits. Deposits to a chage88 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the chage88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). chage88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion charges arising from international payment processing are the responsibility of the Player.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. chage88 targets eWallet withdrawal processing within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
5.4 Withdrawal Limitations. chage88 reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements for withdrawals above specified thresholds. Players on the standard tier are subject to a daily withdrawal limit as published in the VIP programme terms. Higher limits apply to VIP tier members.
5.5 Declined Deposits. chage88 is not liable for any deposit declined or delayed by a payment provider. Where a deposit is credited to your chage88 Account in error, you are obligated to notify chage88 promptly. Retention of erroneously credited funds may constitute a breach of these Terms.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. chage88 is committed to anti-money laundering compliance. Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence. chage88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities.
6.1 chage88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while playing with Bonus Funds, and expiry periods.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Different games may contribute differently toward completion of the Wagering Requirement.
6.3 chage88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the applicable promotion terms, chage88 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered Account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or claimed by Players using duplicate Accounts. One welcome offer per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies.
7.1 All bets placed on the chage88 Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sportsbook rules, and any sporting body's official rules governing the relevant event. Game rules are displayed within each game interface; sportsbook rules are published in the sportsbook help section.
7.2 Finality of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the specific rules of the relevant game or product expressly permit a cash-out or early settlement option.
7.3 Palpable Errors. chage88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, manifest pricing error, or human error, and where those odds were materially inconsistent with fair market value at the time the bet was placed. chage88 will notify affected Players and return staked amounts in such circumstances.
7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment before a determinable result, or demonstrable cheating by a participant in the relevant event. Void bets result in the return of the original stake only.
7.5 chage88 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts, limit maximum payouts, or refuse a bet at its discretion, particularly where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet is placed in breach of these Terms or in furtherance of a fraudulent scheme.
8.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the chage88 Platform:
8.2 Breach of any provision in Clause 8.1 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the chage88 Platform for a defined period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is blocked from all Platform activity and cannot be reactivated through standard channels. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable.
9.3 Limit Setting Asymmetry. Reductions to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately upon confirmation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. This asymmetry is an intentional player protection measure.

11.1 chage88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While chage88 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, chage88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit chage88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.4 Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, those exclusions or limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12.1 chage88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy.
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.
13.1 chage88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
13.2 Upon Account termination for breach, chage88 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance and Bonus Funds. Where Account termination is for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, chage88 will return the real-money Balance following completion of any pending verification procedures.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting chage88 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following final KYC checks.
14.1 chage88 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. The amended Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page unless otherwise stated.
